These Regulations define the rules for signing up to the Team Combat CLUB, in particular the rules and procedure for concluding a contract for the supply of digital content.
The Terms and Conditions are addressed to all Users. All Users are required to read the Terms and Conditions before entering into a contract.
Each User is obligated to comply with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions. The service is provided based on the version of the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time the order is placed.
Every User can review the Terms and Conditions at any time on the teamcombat.com Store website. The Terms and Conditions can be downloaded and printed at any time.

For the purposes of these Regulations, it is assumed that in the absence of a distinction between the two groups of entities, the Regulations apply both to Consumers in the strict sense and to Entrepreneurs with Consumer rights.
User - a natural person who, by completing the Form, joins TC CLUB and concludes an agreement for the provision of digital content in the form of a Newsletter.
Form - a service available on the Store's website, through which the User can join TC CLUB and conclude a contract for the supply of digital content by providing data such as: name, surname, e-mail address and submitting a declaration of intent to be bound by the contract for the supply of digital content.
Store - an online service belonging to the Seller, available under the domain: teamcombat.com, through which the customer can purchase Goods from the Seller.
Seller - team combat Polska sp. z o. o. with its registered office at: ul. Szkolna 90, 62-002 Suchy Las, entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the DISTRICT Court in POZNAN - NOWE MIASTO I WILDA W POZNAŃ, 8th Commercial Division, under the KRS number: 0000918609, NIP: 7792393590, REGON: 301733801, who, conducting commercial or professional activity, proposes sales via its website.
Goods - a movable item that is the subject of trade between the Store and the customer.
TC CLUB – team combat CLUB.
Extreme Benefits – benefits that team combat CLUB members receive as listed on the TC CLUB website , including in particular a discount on Goods.
The Seller enables the User to join TC CLUB and conclude an agreement for the provision of digital content in the form of a Newsletter.
Under the agreement, the Seller provides the User with Team Combat Benefits, including in particular a discount on Goods listed on the TC CLUB website and access to the Newsletter.
The User does not pay any monetary fee for participation in
TC CLUB, but provides the Seller with his/her personal data and consents to the sending of the Newsletter.
Concluding a contract requires completing and submitting a Form. The contract is deemed concluded upon receipt by the User of an email confirming their membership in TC CLUB.
TC CLUB membership is linked to a customer account. To take advantage of Team Combat Benefits, you must place an order while logged in to your TC CLUB account.
The content contained in the Newsletter is subject to copyright protection. It is prohibited to copy, record, or distribute it without the Seller's consent.
Submitting illegal content via the Form is prohibited.
To conclude a contract for the supply of digital content, it is necessary to meet basic technical requirements, such as: access to devices enabling the use of the Internet, access to a web browser, and an e-mail address.
The consumer may withdraw from the contract for the supply of digital content within 14 days of its conclusion, without providing any reason, by notifying the Seller. Regardless of this, the User may, at any time, submit a declaration of withdrawal from TC CLUB and the receipt of the Newsletter.
The Seller is liable to the consumer for any lack of compliance with the contract under the terms set out in the Consumer Rights Act and the Seller's regulations.
The Seller agrees to resolve disputes amicably and through mediation. Details will be determined by the parties to the dispute.
Information on the processing of personal data is included in the Seller's Privacy Policy.
The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions and the rules for joining the TC CLUB and accessing the Newsletter. However, the new rules will not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content concluded before the change in rules.
The Regulations are available to all Customers in electronic form on the Store's website TeamCombat.com.
In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of generally applicable law shall apply.
The Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any rights of the Customer who is a Consumer, which they are entitled to under mandatory provisions of law. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of the Terms and Conditions and mandatory provisions of law granting rights to consumers, those provisions shall prevail.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the entire Terms and Conditions will remain unaffected. In such a case, the Parties will replace the invalid or unenforceable provision with another that most closely reflects the intended economic purpose. This also applies to any gaps in the Terms and Conditions.
